Eguma-Dolphin won’t appeal Rotimi’s dismissal

DESPITE goalkeeper Sunday Rotimi’s dismissal in Dolphins 3-1
win over Nasarawa United, Stangley Eguma says the club will
not appeal the red card decision.
Speaking in a post-match chat with NaijaSportsxtra, Eguma
said: “It’s painful seeing Dolphins down on the Glo Premier League log, but today the team is happy, having won against Nasarawa United.
“We started well, the team worked hard, despite been a man
down, well they show a great character.”
On Rotimi’s red card, “We are not going a appeal his
dismissal. The refs are human, he may have been right or wrong but it was better we won.
“We are now going to savour this victory and to prepare for
our next game.”
For Kabiru Dogo, it was disbelief for him as he watched his
team fall apart following an Ifeanyi Egwin hat-trick.
“Am disappointed, the boys lost concentration. I feel, the
little break cost us, we just trained two days before the game, but by and large, my players were a bite wasteful.”
