Captain Musa vows to lead Eagles to victory in Dar es Salam

CSKA Moscow star Ahmed Musa has promised to captain Nigeria to victory in an AFCON qualifier in Tanzania on Saturday.
Earlier this year, the jet-heeled winger first wore the captain’s armband in a friendly against South Africa, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
He will again captain the country on Saturday in Dar es Salaam in the absence of Lille goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama
"For me, I think am not under pressure to lead the team. I did it before in South Africa and by the grace of God we would return with victory," said Ahmed Musa, who has been on splendid form for his Russian army club this season having scored seven goals in all competitions thus far.
He further told AfricanFootball.com the team have an idea of what they will come up against this weekend after they watched a tape of the Taifa Stars.
"We watched the Tanzania game yesterday (Tuesday) and we know how they play," he said.
"We don't have to under rate any country in Africa and we would just go there and do our best."
Will he score?
"Like always I normally say I will score but in this game I will say I will give my best, it does not matter who scores, what is important is for us to win"
Tanzania is on a high altitude and Nigeria will fly in and out so as not to be adversely affected by the weather conditions caused by such a geographical location.
"For me, I think Africa is Africa, we don't have to worry about the weather. I don't think there would be any difference, it’s just for us to go there and get victory," he maintained.
