EGYPTIAN giants, Zamalek are looking forward to signing Wadi Degla striker Stanley Ohawuchi in the January transfer window.
Board member Ahmed Mortada Mansour said that the club is considering signing another centre-forward in the winter break to bolster a frontline that only comprises Bassem Morsi and Ahmed Hassan Mekki.
"Stanley is on our list. We are going to contact Wadi Degla about his availability in the upcoming few days," Mansour told Al-Nahar TV channel.
"Orlando Pirates striker Thamsanqa Gabuza is also on our radar, among others."
The former Bayelsa United hitman Ohawuchi, 25, is currently topping the league's scoring charts with six goals in five games.
Zamalek have only Morsi and Mekki as their out-and-out strikers following the release of Abdoulaye Cisse, Ahmed Ali and Khaled Kamar last summer.
