CONFEDERATION of African Football (CAF) has named Malagascan referee Hamada El Moussa Nampiandraza will direct affairs from the middle of the U-23 Nations Cup final match between Nigeria and Algeria on Saturday, 12 December 2015 at the Leopold Sedar Senghor Stadium, Dakar.NaijaSportsXtra gathered from CAF Media that the 31-year old will be in charge of arguably the biggest game of his career since turning international in 2010.
His previous matches at the tournament was at the group phase; Mali against Nigeria (2-3) and South Africa versus Tunisia (1-0), both at the Caroline Faye Stadium, M’Bour.
Nampiandraza will be assisted by Yahaya Mahamadou (Niger) and Olivier Safari Kabene (DR Congo) with Moroccan Redouane Jiyed as fourth official.
For the third-place match between host Senegal and South Africa, Hudu Munyemana of Rwanda will be at the helm and assisted by Jerson Emiliano Dos Santos (Angola) and Mahmoud Ahmed Abo El Regal (Egypt). Joshua Bondo of Botswana will serve as the fourth official.
