Norwich boss doubts Ighalo's penalty

NORWICH City boss Alex Neil says he's not sure if Mike Dean was right to award a penalty after a tackle on Odion Ighalo in the box.
The Canaries lost 2-0 to Watford with Troy Deeney scoring from the spot kick as Ighalo sealed the 3points for the Hornets on stoppage time.
The Nigerian won the Hornets’ first half penalty after being brought down in the area by Norwich City midfielder Alex Tettey.
When Neil was asked whether he thought Mike Dean had made the correct call the Canaries boss said he wasn’t sure.
He explained: “From my view it looked as if Alex got the ball but whether he got the man before the ball I am not sure.
He added: “I felt in the vital moments of the game we didn’t do well enough. As the game wore on their strikers caused us more problems, particularly Ighalo. But other than that I don’t think Watford caused us huge problems.
“They were nice and compact and very direct. They are good at what they do.”
