MIKE Mutyaba has warned his Vipers SC teammates that seven times Nigeria Premier League champions, Enyimba FC of Aba will be physical.
The Ugandan champions host the Peoples Elephants in the first leg of the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League at Nakivubo Stadium.The midfielder who played for Sudan’s El Merriekh and DR Congo’s TP Mazembe told a Kampala daily that: "“If we are to beat our opponents we need to be patient on the ball and avoid aerial balls because they [Enyimba] are more physical than us,” he says.
“We must play ground football.
“Vipers coach, George Best Nsimbe is a friend to players and he listens, knows how to approach players so in that condition no player can fail to play under him as a coach.”
The Uganda premier league defending champions intends to win by a margin of three goals at Nakivubo in order to better their chances in the return fixture.
