UGANDAN Vipers coach George Nsimbe says his side will go offensive rather than sitting back to defend and hope they eject Enyimba at their own home when they meet in the return leg of the CAF Champions League this evening at the Amiessimaka stadium in Port Harcourt.
The meeting will be the second between the two sides in a fortnight, with Vipers SC having won the first clash played at Nakivubo stadium through Erisa Sekisamb’s lone goal.
“My boys know what to do. We have to show urgency and fight hard throughout the game,” Nsimbe said.
“Enyimba is a good side,” he added. “We played against and won which is also possible here, but every match is different.
Enyimba’s misery away in Uganda will perhaps be their reason to put up resistance and avoid another defeat before their crowd.
“They need the points and will do everything to win in front of their fans. We will be heading there to play our football and win,” Nsimbe stressed.
The winner between Enyimba and Vipers will face the winner between Lioli FC from Lesotho and Burundi’s Vital’O in the first round which will be played in the second weekend on March.
