THE Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Disciplinary Committee has upheld LMC's decision to sanction Lobi for fans disorderliness against Nasarawa Utd on Match Day 18 (May 18, 2016) played in Makurdi, NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com gathered on Tuesday.
Lobi is also charged for the behaviour of its officials & supporters capable of bringing the game to disrepute. The Makurdi is in breach of the NPFL Framework & Rules due to their supporters several interruption of the away match with Nasarawa Utd by throwing objects on to the pitch.
A N1m fine has been placed on the club for general acts of disorderliness & misconduct during the NPFL game with Nasarawa Utd.Lobi will pay a fine of N500,000 for acts of throwing objects on to the field of play & for severally interrupting the NPFL match with Nasarawa Utd.
For encroachment on to the field of play immediately after the match vs Nasarawa Utd, Lobi will pay a fine of N500,000.
The NFF Disciplinary Committee recommends to the LMC that clubs that adopt alternate home venues where there's another NPFL team should have its home game against such team played
at a neutral ground.
Lobi, or other parties, involved in the matter have 48 hours to appeal the decision says the NFF Disciplinary Committee.
