Nigerians mob Eagles in Ndola

ANXIOUS Nigerians resident in Ndola, Zambia mobbed the Super Eagles as they arrived for their first training session at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium ahead of Sunday's Russia 2018 World Cup qualifiers against Chipolopolo, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
The Nigerians held a big banner with an inscription "Welcome to Zambia, Super Eagles of Nigeria, Go Super Eagles, Go" and waved the countries green-white-green flag to show support for the team, as they watched the likes of Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanqcho, skipper John Obi Mikel, other players and coaches get set for the practice session.
Meanwhile, the Nigerian team and officials who have settled in nicely in Ndola are lodged at the Protea Hotel is located opposite the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
