Omeruo set to sign for Kasimpasa

KENNETH Omeruo is unlikely to have a third loan spell at Boro as he closes in on a short-term move to Turkey.
The Chelsea centre-back is set to join Turkish top-flight side Kasimpasa on a season-long loan, according to the BBC.
The 21-year-old Eagles defender, who along with Patrick Bamford was left out of Chelsea's pre-season tour of North America, is likely to undergo a medical on Tuesday before signing on loan.
It is understood that Kasimpasa will have the option to make the deal permanent next summer.
Omeruo first moved to Boro on loan in January 2014, with his impressive form for Aitor Karanka’s side leading to a World Cup call-up for Nigeria.
After thriving on Teesside in the initial six months, Boro negotiated a deal with Jose Mourinho’s side this summer to keep Omeruo for another season.
But his time on Teesside last season wasn't as successful, with the Nigerian international making 22 appearances in all competitions.
Injury and a loss of form saw him lose his starting place to Ben Gibson, and the England Under-21 international's blossoming partnership with Dani Ayala saw Omeruo's first-team opportunities limited.
Indeed, Omeruo only managed seven appearances for Boro in 2015 - but his chances were hardly helped after suffering a groin injury while on international duty in March.
