EX-SUPER Eagles captain, Vincnet Enyeama and current Eagles skipper, Ahmed Musa has been axed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) from the final 10-man list for this year's African Player of the Year award.
Current holder, Yaya Toure leads the nomination alongside, André Ayew and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
CAF stated Monday that, the winner will be decided by votes of the Coaches or Technical Directors of the National Associations affiliated to CAF.
The awards gala will be held on Thursday, 7 January 2016 in Abuja, Nigeria.
