MANCHESTER City are planning to offer to map out Lionel Messi's career for him. City are willing to smash all spending records to price him away from Barcelona with an offer which would set him up for the remainder of his playing days.
The Sun says City would be prepared to meet the €250 million buyout clause in Messi's Barca deal and make him the best paid player on the planet with a contract worth €1.3 MILLION-a-week (about N281,144,439.88 Million).
That record deal would run for three years before Messi would then move to MLS sister club New York City FC.
And its suggested if Messi refused the amazing offer, City would then make a similar proposal to Neymar.
