CURRENT Nigeria Premier League champions, Enyimba have sacked Markson Ojobo. The Peoples Elephants media officer, Farriel Alaputa disclosed via @Farriel that: "Defender Markson Ojobo has been placed on transfer by @EnyimbaFC after violating the club's code of conduct.
"Ojobo who joined Enyimba five seasons ago from Bayelsa Utd will no longer train with the first team, pending his eventual move away from Aba.
The Aba Elephants are expected to begin their CAF Champions League campaign with a trip to Uganda where they tackle Vipers FC.
