Bantwana arrive, to train for Flamingos

SOUTH Africa's U-17 Women Team (Bantwana) arrived safely in Abuja the nation's capital at the wee hours of Wednesday for the FIFA u17 World Cup qualifier against Nigeria, reports NaijaSportsXtra.
The Flamingos host their South African counterpart on Saturday, 12 March 2016 at the Abuja National Stadium, with a kick-off time of 4:00pm.
The girls who arrived aboard a South African Airline were immediately checked into their hotel after going through Immigration checks at the arrival lounge of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.
They are expected to train today inside the main bowl of the Abuja National Stadium.
Recall Bantwana acting coach, Maude Khumalo has said that: "We are going to Nigeria with a positive attitude. We will keep the players motivated and we want them to learn as much possible from this encounter ahead of the return leg in a fortnight’s time.”
Meanwhile, the return leg will be played at Makhulong Stadium in Tembisa on Saturday, 26 March 2016.
The u17 FIFA Women’s World Cup will take place in Jordan from 30 September to 21 October 2016.
