Ikhana: My players lost concentration

COACH Kadiri Ikhana says his Shooting Stars of Ibadan side were lucky not to have conceded more than two goals after his Warriors lost concentration in the 2-1 defeat to Niger Tornadoes at the Confluence Stadium Lokoja, reports NaijaSportsXtra.
"It was unfortunate we lost the game, I think my team lost to concentration, sometimes it happens like that, the same thing happened to us at IfeanyiUbah, we didn't lose due to fatigue,
Tornadoes are a very good side and I think they should have scored more, and we could have levelled up too."
For Usman Biffo, "We thank God for the win, we were lucky to have won because we relaxed after the two goals. It was a good birthday gift from my boys."
Wilfred Ameh opened score in the 7th minute after converting a free kick for Niger Tornadoes and Lukman Mohammed doubled the lead in 17th before Babatunde Bright pulled one back from a free kick in 43rd minute to register his first league goal for Shooting Stars.
However, mention should be made of goalie Emmanuel Fabiyi's brilliance in goal who kept the score line low in the interesting encounter which brought out the teams best.
