SUPER 4:Awakan's strike nail Nasarawa Utd

AKWA United began their second phase of the Super 4 on a winning note after they beat Nasarwa United who topped the group in Kaduna by a lone goal at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
2015 Federations Cup final hero, Abdulafeez Awakan who started from the bench secured the maximum 3points for the Promise Keepers scoring the wining goal via an Ebong's assist during extra time of 90 minutes after both sides failed to find the net during regulation time.
The Maurice Cooreman side now seat top of the Super 4 table with seven points from four matches, while Nasarawa remain on five points.
