COACH Kadiri Ikhana met with his new players after been introduced by the General Manager of Shooting Stars, Rashidi Balogun after the team's Monday evening training session.The veteran Edo-born coach makes a quick return to the dug-out after his former employers, Enyimba FC of Aba failed to renew his contract even after guiding them to their 7th Nigeria Premier League title last season.
Pictures posted by Jubril Arowolo showed Ikhana, MON, having a brief chat with the players alongside his assistant, Friday Christopher.
Ikhana told the players: "I'm happy to be here."
Meanwhile, the team got a boost following the latest arrival of petit winger-cum-striker, Ajani Ibrahim.
The Oluyole Warriors who will compete in the Gold Cup pre-season tournament in Ijebu-Ode are expected to kick-off their 2015/16 campaign with a home game against Lobi Stars of Makurdi.
