The Cameroonian was instrumental to his side's 1-1 draw to Sunshine Stars on a week5 game at the Akure Township Stadium.
Recall Medrano who signed from Tiko United of Cameroon wore the Orange colours of the Owena Waves for five seasons.
"I think its an honour to be part of any selection made by choices of people but being part of the team of the week for NPFL is a good feeling for every player.
"This will definitely spur me to and to do my best for my new club."Silva Alberico and Medrano are the two IfeanyiUbah players that have made Team of The Week list.
Others who made the list were goalkeeper, John Gaadi (Akwa United), Hele Hele (El-Kanemi), Efugh (Heartland), Austin (MFM FC) and Onamado (Warri Wolves) make up the defence line.
Hat-trick hero for Pillars, Rabiu Ali make up the three-man midfield followed by Aguda (Rangers) and Medrano(IfeanyiUbah).
The trio of Ohanachom (El-Kanemi), Omoniwari (Heartland) and Guy (Rivers Utd) are the strike force.
