SUPER Eagles midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi may not be part of the SS Lazio team that will take on Serie A giants, Juventus on Wednesday night, reports NaijaSportsXtra.The Nigerian who scored his first season goal against Empoli could be given time to rest by new Coach Simone Inzaghi.
Lazio, who has been hit with injuries could parade a decimated against the Old Lady, but Ravel Morrison is available again.
Inzaghi, who has won both his games in charge since Stefano Pioli was sacked, will be missing the services of Antonio Candreva, Alessandro Matri, Milan Bisevac, Stefan Radu, Ricardo Kishna, Stefano Mauri, Edson Braafheid and Stefan de Vrij, as they are all out injured.
Inzaghi will reportedly rest Santiago Gentiletti and Onazi for Sunday’s game with Sampdoria.
Dusan Basta does return from a calf strain, while Etrit Berisha is back on the bench.
Simone Palombi and Alessandro Rossi are promoted from the youth team.
