ABS FC of Ilorin shot stopper, Suleiman Dogo has expressed his delight with his mates and coaches after they picked their first point on the road against Niger Tornadoes in a Matchday 2 game played at the Confluence Stadium, Lokoja.
Dogo who made countless saves also attributed the draw to his hard work, resilience and doggedness.
"We were brilliant against Tornadoes, as the played one of its best games.
"We scored first via a good team play and Mohammed Mohammed scored.
"Tornadoes equalizing goal was regretful as we could have avoided it.
"I also praise my defenders and myself for standing our ground each time Tornadoes came attacking my goal, as they could have scored a second goal likewise us.
"However, our hard work and keeping to our coaches instructions on the pitch paid off at the end.
"We'll go back to Ilorin with our heads high and work harder for this weekend home game against FC Ifeanyi Ubah.
"It's going to be a tough one as we have not played them at this level, mind you their 4-0 scoreline against MFM FC don't scare us as we are capable of doing the damage against them."
The point sharing in Lokoja see the Saraki Boys shoot to the third spot on the log with 4points after two games.
