Nigeria Women league new season kick-off delights Okobi

SUPER Falcons striker, Ngozi Okobi has shared her delight with the news of the new season kick-off of the Nigeria Women Premier League.
The league which had doubts of its commencement this month following some controversies that loomed after some resolutions were met at the April 22nd Annual General Congress held in Abuja, will see NWFL champions, Rivers Angels begin the defence of the title with a tie against Martins White Doves of Benin city on Sunday May 22.
The Vittsjo GIK of Sweden ace informed on Saturday before the women league kick-off on Saturday. 
"Really happy that the Nigeria women's league #NWPL starts today. I wish my former club Delta Queens best of luck for the season," her tweet read on ‏@NgoziOkobi.
Okobi a former Washington Spirit ace joined the Swedish elite women club after showing class at the FIFA Women's World Cup campaign in Canada.
