Ndidi: I owe my Leicester move to sacked Maes

By Our Reporter
SUPER Eagles midfielder, Wilfried Ndidi has credited his Leicester City move sacked coach Peter Maes.
RacingGenk chiefs had cast doubt over the deal last week.
But after the sacking of Maes, Ndidi declared: "I want to really thank Peter Maes.
"It is true that this was my last game for RacingGenk. Whether I am now emotional? Yet a little, yes. Especially by the situation surrounding Maes.
"He has made me the player I am today. I must thank him for my transfer."
Ndidi could become a Fox in January when the British Home Office must have granted him a work permit.
