NIGERIA-born Chuba Akpom is been chased by English Championship trio of Fulham, Brentford and Cardiff City.
According to The Times, the youngster who is attracting the interest of Championship clubs may not join any of the sides as Arsenal has decided to keep hold of promising Nigerian this summer but the striker has failed to make much of an impact for the Gunners first team after having his opportunities limited due to fierce competition for places, as well as injury problems.
As a result, it is widely expected that Akpom will be departing Arsenal on a loan basis during the current January transfer window and claims have been made that second tier trio Brentford, Cardiff and Fulham are all keen on signing the 21-year-old.
