Adejube faults Keshi’s axe
 
DICKSON Adejube, former board member, Nigeria Football Federation, has faulted the rate at which the Nigeria Football Federation was sacking national coaches.
Adejube said this while reacting to the sack of former Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi, in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Sunday in Akure.
NAN recalls that the NFF had in a statement on its website by NFF 1st Vice President, Mr Seyi Akinwumi, said the appointment of Keshi had been terminated.
Adejube said there would be repercussions of lack of continuity in the country’s football.
NAN also recalls that the NFF had recently terminated the appointment of Edwin Okon, former Super Falcons Coach.
“This time that we are preparing for competitions, coaches are being sacked. This is the time the NFF is supposed to sit down and think of how to move the team forward.
“You will see the repercussion, and we will have ourselves to blame at the end,” he said.
The retired FIFA badge referee noted that the NFF was not organised, saying, “We need to sit down and be focused, then think very well before we do things.
“Well, I wish them goodluck.”
