ROAD TO RIO 2016: Nigeria draw Egypt, Algeria, Mali

NIGERIA has been drawn in 'Group of Death' alongside Egypt, Algeria and Mail in this year's CAF U-23 Championship to be hosted by Senegal.
The tourney while will be hosted in November will produce CAF's top three teams that will contest for gold in the mens football event of the Rio Olympics games.
The other group will see host, Senegal lock horns against South Africa, Zambia and Tunisia.
At the first ever African under-23 championship in Morocco in 2011 Senegal, who finished fourth, beat Oman in a play-off to earn a place at the Olympics.
There is no play-off spot available this time around.

Group A: Senegal, South Africa, Zambia, Tunisia
Group B: Egypt, Algeria, Mali, Nigeria
