LMC shift Sunhine Stars vs Rangers tie

By Rasaq Oboirien
THE League Management company (LMC) has shifted the Week 34 game between Sunshine Stars and Rangers.
The Akure Gunners were due to lock horns against the Flying Antelopes on wednesday in Akure after the CHAN qualifiers game against Burkina Faso in Port Harcourt led to a postponement of all the weekend games.
The LMC in its statement sent to Naijasportsxtra.blogspot.com on Monday said a latter date will be fixed for the game. The game was postponed due to the unavailability of key players of the Akure Waves who will be without six first team players.
Home based Eagles first choice goalie Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Stephen Eze,  Paul Onobi,  Prince Aggrey,  Tunde Adeniji all first team regulars are to be absent for their Nations Call as they face Burkina Faso this weekend in Ouagadougou.
Recall the first leg ended 2-0 at the Adoke Stadium in Port Harcourt.

Meanwhile, Sunshine Stars who are 5th on the log with 53 points, could shoot to the 3rd spot  with 56points if they beat Rangers while Wikki Tourist and Giwa FC lose their games.
