WERDER Bremen Head Coach, Viktor Skripnik says goal scorer, Anthony Ujah and his Green and White mates are frustrated and angry after the Nord Derby 1-3 home defeat to Hamburger.
"In a derby you need to be a lot more confident. We were too cautious in the first half and didn't react until the second. Too many times this season we have been caught sleeping or conceded unlucky goals."
"The team is frustrated and angry. I'm not a robot, I feel exactly the same. Every defeat is bitter, but to lose in a derby is twice as painful. It's hard work as a coach to stand on the sidelines and watch the goals go in."
"We find ourselves where Werder have been for years: in a relegation battle. We have to keep working objectively, go over our performance honestly and prepare ourselves for the next games in a professional manner."
"Last season we had 17 points by the winter break and we can still get more than that. Our next games are against direct rivals. We can get points from these games."
