KELECHI Nwalaki has issued a come and get me message to Manchester City after captaining Nigeria's Eaglets in retaining the Under-17 World Cup in Chile.
The 16-year-old's older brother Chidi is already on the Citizens' books, and is currently impressing on loan with Spanish side Girona.
Nwakali is also an exciting midfielder and has stated City's Yaya Toure as his biggest footballing influence.
He has also seen how fellow Nigerian youngster, 19-year-old Kelechi Iheanacho, has made an impressive first-team breakthrough at the Etihad Stadium this season.
Nwakali said: "I want to play for a side that's going places, like Manchester City. I love watching Yaya Toure play because he loves to win. That's all he wants.
"You can see it in the way he plays, the way he runs and even in the way he walks on the pitch."
City have been at the forefront for the best of the Super Eagles' supply line in recent seasons and will no doubt be buoyed by Nwakali's public declaration.
