Recall Omeruo who put pen to a contract extension with parent club, Chelsea was in the radar of Besiktas having proved himself as a solid rock defender while in the colours of Kasimpasa last season.
Omeruo who passed a medical on Wednesday morning was later in the afternoon unveiled to the club fans.
The Nigerian took to social media platforms, instagram and twitter to expressed his delight.
