EX-Junior International, Kennedy Boboye has quit his role as Head coach of Sunshine Stars of Akure.
“I have quit as Sunshine Stars because it is the best time for me to move forward,” Boboye disclosed.
“I am grateful for the chance to have led such a club and wish them the best.”
Sunshine Stars finished sixth in the league this past season and thus failed to clinch a ticket to play international football next year.
‘The Akure Gunners’ are now expected to hire a big-name coach to steer them to glory in the coming season.
