VICTORIOUS Dream Team captain, Okechukwu Azubuike has been named the Most Valuable Player by the CAF Technical Study Group for the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations, Senegal 2015.
Despite missing Nigeria's last Group B game against Algeria, the 18-year old, who plays for Turkish side, Yeni Malatyaspor, was the fulcrum of Nigeria’s success at the championship that lasted 22 November to 12 December 2015.The West Africans beat Algeria 2-1 in the final to emerge champions of the second edition of the tournament.
