Bashir brace nail Giwa FC

By Rasaq Oboirien
A brace from striker Abdulrahman Bashir was the tonic Nasarwa United needed as they mauled Giwa FC in a rescheduled matchday 3 tie at the Aper Aku Stadium, Makurdi, reports NaijaSportsXtra.
The ex-ABS FC and Enyimba ace found the opponent's net in the 19th minute when he tapped in Bature's low drive.
Eleven minutes later, Gbenga Ogunbote touch line charge on his players spurred them on as Aminu Mbai put the scoreline at 1-1.
Within the extra time of the first half, Bashir got off his marker to make it 2-1 for the Solid Miners.
Aminu Kadir then put the icing on the cake for his team in the second half as they recorded their second victory of the season.
