SUPER Eagles forward, Kelechi Iheanacho has expressed his sincere thanks to departing coach Manuel Pellegrini and Manchester City fans, reports NaijaSportsXtra.
The Nigerian who had a successful debut season with the Citizens bagged a total of 14 goals in all competition and scoring his 8th league goal in the 1-1 draw against Swansea City as the 2015/16 Barclays English Premier League season came to an end on Sunday.
Iheanacho on his twitter handle @67Kelechi: "Huge thanks to Manuel Pellegrini. Thanks you for believing in me. I wish you the very best for the future. Gracias!!
His tweet read further, "Thanks you to all the @MCFC fans for all your support. You made my first season a fantastic one. Have a great summer."
