RANGERS International of Enugu duo of Okey Odita and Chisom Egbuchulam have expressed their delights following the 4-1 pounding of Ikorodu United on matchday 17, reports NaijaSportsXtra.
Odita, a former Enyimba defender said after the game, "This victory over Ikorodu United is good for us and will help us regain our confidence"
For Egbuchulam, the victory over Ikorodu United is the tonic needs to finish well in the first round of the season.
"We are happy that we are back to winning ways. This victory will help us and it is good it came at this time."
The victory, means them remain top of the Nigeria Premier League log with 31points.
Meanwhile, the League Management Company (LMC) shifted the mid-week game between El-Kanemi Warriors and Rangers International of Enugu.
According to the Flying Antelopes on their twitter handle on Monday, informed that the matchday 18 tie which was billed for Maiduguri was moved to accommodate the Friday night Oriental Derby tie between Rangers and Heartland of Owerri at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium.
