WILSON Elu says FC Ifeanyi Ubah spirit is great for today's Federation Cup Round of 32 tie against Lobi Stars at the U.J Esuene Stadium Calabar, Cross Rivers State. The centre-back said that the fact that the team are yet to win in their last two games is enough motivation for the players going into today’s game.
"To tell you the truth we are in very high spirit, the defeat to Nasarawa and the fact that the Federation Cup is a one off game, is enough motivation for today’s game.”
Elu also said that the players have gotten over the weekend’s defeat to Nasarawa United.
"Against Nasarawa, we played well, but its was just one of those things where things don’t go your way. We just have to up our game a little bit and am sure we will get a result.’
Meanwhile, Gata Adeshina and Loute Isaac won’t be available as they are cup tied.
Also unavailable for today’s match is Captain Thompson Emmanuel, who is still not fit for action and Chibuzor Okonkwo who has been given a well deserved rest ahead of Sunday’s NPFL clash with Rivers United.
