The Olukoya Boys were sanctioned by the premier league regulatory body for fans trouble that marred Sunday's South-West derby tie against visiting Shooting Stars of Ibadan.
A few irate fans invaded the pitch and threw objects minutes after the Oluyole Warriors scored the winning goal at the closing stage of the game.
The development forced the match officials to suspend play even as it took the intervention of some members of the Lagos Football Association and that MFM FC to persuade the fans.
The LMC stated: "MFM FC has been fined N1m for throwing objects & encroaching on the field of play.
"For acts capable of bringing the game to disrepute by MFM FC supporters, the club has also been fined N1m."
The LMC further said on Wednesday that the will play three of its home matches under locks and keys, with the last 2 being subject to good conduct by the club supporters.
Meanwhile, the LMC wants Centre-Referee for MFM vs Shooting Stars match, Alaba Abiodun be withdrawn from NPFL matches immediately.
