MOUNTAIN of Fire and Miracles Ministries Football Club of Lagos, Fidelis Ilechukwu has assured fans and supporters of his team that the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) will achieve the top ten target at the end of the season.
While addressing his players in Akure where they had lost to Sunshine Stars, the young tactician told them to brace up in these though times and to put the loss against the Owena Waves behind them and focus on the weekend match against Ikorodu United Football Club of Lagos.
"We need to stay strong and encourage ourselves because tough times will always come but I believe we will get over it very soon.
" Your reaction on the field of play on Sunday was not bad but it can get a lot better. We need to find our first stanza rhythm by scoring goals in our subsequent matches and I believe you guy can do it.
"Winning one match out of four is quite disturbing, our fans and supporters are not happy and I understand that you all are not happy with the situation as well but we need to do the needful in our next match against Ikorodu United FC to give our staunch followers reasons to continue to support us,'' he concluded.
