RAFAEL Everton has informed that his FC Ifeanyi Ubah lads were tactically better than Warri Wolves in Wednesday's Federation Cup quarter-final game.
The Anambara Warriors who host giant-killers, Crown FC of Ogbomosho in one of the semi-finals tamed Wolves as ex-Prime FC defender, Adeleye Olamilekan scored the only goal of the game.
"Am very happy we won, especially against Warri Wolves who are a very good team.
"My players were tactically disciplined and that made the difference.
"We knew set pieces were going to be very important in the match and we practiced on it. It paid off as we scored via it."
"The victory is also very important as we not only qualify for the semi finals but we are have now gone nine matches unbeaten in all competition and four matches without conceding a goal.
"This will lift the moral of the players ahead of future games," said a delighted Everton.
