I'll be fit for Tanzania tie-Iheanacho

MANCHESTER City ace, Kelechi Iheanacho has assured Super Eagles coaches and NFF that he would be available for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Tanzania, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.‬
‪The Group G tie is billed for Uyo on September 3.‬ Recall, Nigeria is out for a place in the continent football fiesta after Chad pulled out leaving Egypt to go through as leaders of the group.
Iheanacho, who made his first UEFA Champions League start for The Citizens sustained an injury as the Premier League side edged Steaua Bucuresti 1-0 in the second leg of their play-offs tie on Wednesday night to advance into the group stage 6-0 on aggregate.
Iheanacho picked up a thigh strain while chasing a pass in the 74th minute and had to be replaced by Fernandinho.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) shared on social media on Thursday afternoon, ‪@67Kelechi has assured he will be available for September 3 clash against Tanzania in Uyo after muscle strain scare. ‬
