OGENYI Onazi has completed a move to Turkish side, Trabzonspor after passing his medical at the Liz Hospital in Istanbul, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
The SS Lazio of midfielder and his agent, Stephen Ayodele Makinwa arrived Turkey today to seal the deal which is believed to be in a region of €5 million.
The Super Eagles stand-in captain was mobbed on his arrival in Istanbul by some fans of his new club.
Onazi, joined the Rome based team senior side from the youth rank, recall was seen as a surplus requirements by his employers.
The Nigerian could have signed for German Bundsliga side, Werder Bremen but Lazio's asking price was seen as too rich by the green and white management.
