Falcons foe cancel tune-up game against Cameroon

SUPER Falcons group foe at the next edition of African Women Championship, Kenya 's Harambe Starlets have canceled their friendly game against host Cameroon, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
The tune-up game billed for November 6 at the Omnisports stadium in Limbe, Cameroon was supposed to be the return leg of the preparatory game, as the East Africans lost the 1st leg by a lone goal in Nairobi.
According to the Kenyan Football Federation (KFF) in a correspondence it sent to its Cameroonian counterpart, FECAFOOT, "The federation has decided to cancel the return leg of the friendly game against the Indomitable Lionesses for reasons beyond its control."
Florence Omagbemi who is set to become the first player turned coach to win the AWC title will lead her Falcons to defend the trophy they won two years ago in Zambia against Ghana Black Queens, Kenya and Mali in Group B.
Cameroon hosts the championship from 19th November to 3rd December.
