Arsenal, Welbeck, Xhaka pay tribute to Iwobi's skills

ARSENAL FC, Danny Welbeck and Granit Xhaka have hailed Super Eagles ace, Alex Iwobi following his brilliant dribbling skills against Algeria, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
Uyo fans, Super Eagles players, Gernot Rohr, his assistants and indeed Algerian players were amazed as the youngster recreated his uncle, Austin Jay Jay Okocha's flick in a pack full Godswill Akpabio stadium in Saturday's 2018 World Cup qualifiers.
Despite not scoring, Nigeria went ahead to win the game 3-1 as Victor Moses bagged a brace while Mikel scored his fifth international goal in the green jersey.
The North London club on social media, twitter posted, "🇳🇬 A 3-1 win and an outrageous piece of skill reminiscent of his uncle, It's been a good day for @alexiwobi and @NGSuperEagles #BIG17.
His Arsenal teammates, Welbeck and  Xhaka paid tribute to the imagination and audacity of the 20-year-old Eagles star.

"Alex Iwobi just did this against Algeria," the tweet read on @XhakaLegacy.
The Nigerian who broke into the Arsenal team in the second half of last season and has emerged as a first-team regular for Arsene Wenger’s men.
Iwobi has made 14 appearances for the Gunners this campaign and, although he has yet to score, he has supplied three assists.
