COACH Imama Amakapabo, his back room staffs and players of Nigeria Premier League (NPL) champions Rangers International of Enugu are to share the sum of 41 million naira, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
The victorious Flying Antelopes were Monday hosted to a reception by the Enugu State Government months after they broke 32years no trophy jinx, as they were crowned champions ahead Rivers United and Wikki Tourists.
The state Governor His Excellency Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi handed a cheque of 41,500,000 to the management and staff of the club.
Ugwuanyi went ahead to give a plot of land each to players and staff in a newly designed Rangers Estate.
However, the Sultan of Sokoto Sa'ad Abubakar who is a great Rangers fan was guest of honour at the event.
The Flying Antelopes and Rivers United will fly Nigeria's flag at the 2016/17 CAF Champions League while Wikki Tourists and FC Ifeanyi Ubah will compete in the Confederations Cup.
