Real Madrid legend now coach, Zinadine Zidane and Jurgen Klopp of Liverpool, Rohr voted second and third respectively.
Ranieri, 63, and a former Chelsea boss got 22.6% of total votes followed by Zinédine Zidane: 16.56% and Fernando Santos: 16.24%.
