GENT of Belgium midfielder, Moses Simon is the first Super Eagles player to congratulate Wilfred Ndidi on move to English Premier League defending champions, Leicester City.
Ndidi's move to the Foxes was completed Thursday after he was granted a work permit by the UK Home Office. He then trained with his mates in the evening after he was officially unveiled by the club.
Simon on social media, Twitter, @MosesDaddySimon: "Congrats bro 🙌🏾 we celebrate you go and make us proud @ndidi25."
A delighted Wilfred then replied @ndidi25: "Thanks senior man🙌🏿."
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) via the senior male national team Twitter official handle @NGSuperEagles also hailed the Leicester City new signing.
"A Super Eagle, now a fox. We congratulate our fast rising midfielder @Ndidi25 Wilfred on his move to LeicesterCity @LCFC. #WelcomeNdidi," the tweet read.
The tweet on @NGSuperEagles on Ndidi had 196 retweets and 184 likes.
Meanwhile, some fans expressed their delight over the move.
