MFM FC hit Kano by flight for Katsina Utd tie

By Rasaq Obioirien
MOUNTAIN of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM FC) of Lagos will hit Kano by flight for their Matchday 11 tie against Katsina United on Wednesday, reports NaijaSportsXtra"blogspot.com.
It was scooped from a top official of the Olukoya Boys after their Friday Night Game triumph against NPFL defending champions, Rangers International of Enugu at the Agege Stadium (Soccer Temple).
"Owing to the tight NPFL fixture schedule, arrangements are in top gear for the team to fly to Kano by an Azman flight from Lagos on Monday, and from the Pyramid City drive for close to three or less than four hours to Katsina venue for our mid-week game.
"We know that it's going to be a tough duel against the Changi Boys, so we don't want fatigue to set into the team as it will be of disadvantage embarking on a long trip to and fro Katsina, then to face Remo Stars in a tough south-west derby on Sunday.
"We plan to introduce some of players who have returned from suspensions or injury for the game, while some of our regular starters will stay behind in Lagos to prepare for the game against Fatai Osho's Sky Blue Stars."
