Udi claims first victory for Osun Utd

FC Ebedei were on Wednesday defeated 0-1 by Osun United in a preseason friendly match at the Otunba Dipo Dina International Stadium in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
There were neat touches and sharp exchanges of passes from the both sides as part of preparation for the 2017 Nigeria National League and Nationwide League One season.
Jide Fatokun, scored the only goal of the match to seal a win for the 'Omoluabi Giants'.
It’s the first win for Duke Udi since arriving the team as head coach, having lost 2-0 to Kwara United, last week.
Ebedei enjoyed good spell of possession and slowly got into the game but failed to create clear-cut chances and they had to defensively alert to prevent conceding a second towards the end of the contest.
Osun United goalkeeper Nurudeen Lateef, denied the 'Oliseh Boys' goal in the 38th minute after Dubem Chukwurah beat the defence easily to set Emmanuel Ekpenyong whose strike was brilliantly saved.
Dubem continue with the act of terrorizing as he and Precious Apasubi forced Osun United goalie to make couple of fine saves.
Fatokun produced an accomplished finish in the 85th minute to clinch victory for Osun United.
