NATIONAL League One side, Phoenix Athletic Club of Ekiti, will Friday evening welcome AS Racine of Lagos, in one of the Week 2 fixtures of the NLO in a game that promises to be well-fought and exciting.
In order to lure fans to the Sports Complex of Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Phoenix General Manager, Bayo Olanlege, has said the gate will be thrown open for fans to cheer the team to victory.
Olanlege, further confirmed that there will be free buses to convey fans to the match venue which is situated outside the city of Ado-Ekiti.
The buses will be positioned to pick fans at poly-junction, Ado Ekiti.
Phoenix will hope to return to winning ways after losing their Week 1 game 2-0 to FC Ebedei. The team comprises of youthful players with average age of 17.
Meanwhile, the Ekiti State SWAN Chairman, Alhaji Ayodeji Ogunsakin, is expected do the traditional kick off.
