3SC outplayed Kano Pillars-Ganaru

BABA Ganaru has admitted that his Kano Pillars squad was outplayed by Shooting Stars in their match day 33 4-0 defeat at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
The Maisu Gida side who won the 1st leg 6-0, suffered what could be their biggest defeat of this season in the hands of the Oluyole Warriors.
In Ganaru's post-match comments,  "Football is a funny game! I never expected this result but we were clearly outplayed."
Shooting Stars trio of Ifegwu Ojukwu, Ajani Ibrahim and Sunday Adetunji made Pillars defenders to labour, as the defence line broke off in the ninth minute as Ojukwu's shot found the visiting team's net.
Pillars in the 28th minute were close to leveling scores at 1-1 but Gambo's shoot was saved by goalkeeper Fabiyi.
Ajani Ibrahim then made 2-0 to give the host a first half lead a minute after Gambo failed to score for Ganaru's side.
Sunday Adetunji who bagged his fifth brace of the season and his 9th and 10th goal of the campaign was the toast of the over 10,000 Oluyole Warriors fans, when he made it 3-0 for shooting Stars in the 49th minutes.
Adetunji then put the icing on the cake scoring 3SC forth of the evening tapping into the net from an Ojukwu's assist.
The victory shoots the Ibadan darling team to the 12th spot with 44points while Pillars are place 10th on the log with 45points.
