Ikorodu Utd to gun down El-Kanemi Warriors-Okoyoh

MICHEAL Okoyoh has assured Ikorodu United fans that the team will go all out for the maximum three points against El-Kanemi Warriors at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
Recall the Lagos based team was granted its request by the League Management Company (LMC) to have it's matches played in Abeokuta following crowd incident during the Match Day 30 fixture against Shooting Stars at the Onikan Stadium, Ikorodu United was found not to have ensured adequate security and were ordered to play three home games at Abeokuta with two suspended on condition of good behaviour by the fans.
"We want to score and make sure our opponent do not find the back of the net.
"Our spirit is high and we have resolved to win the match, we know our fans expect a lot from us and we will give our best.
"The target will be to score goals, he however implored the fans to be patient in the event that an early goal does not come," said on the club's twitter handle.
The team still place bottom on the NPL log despite the match day 32 slim victory over Niger Tornadoes.
